The in-house Collections Management team oversee the process management programme and all services are underpinned via our extensive tailormade reporting process, designed exclusively by Debitask.

Our collections management process typically consists of a high level of admin via letter development and despatch, phone calls, text messages, email and field agent engagement if required.

Call Centre Collections

Operated from our headquarters in Bray, Co. Wicklow, our experienced call centre team are highly trained to develop dialogue with customers. This creates engagement and allows not only for the negotiation of suitable payment plans but also in ensuring that repayments are made consistently and on time.

Field Service Customer Engagement

A fundamental function of any credit management service stems from
having a national team of experienced personnel who have the skills to engage with customers on a localised level. Debitask is the market leader within
Ireland for Field Service Customer Engagement. Our team are highly regulated and trained to support client requirements including the supply of accurate meter readings.

Analysis of past performance indicates that at some point in time,
some accounts may require a visit from a field service agent as a
standalone In-House Collections policy is simply not conducive for all
customers.

Therefore the synergy between our Field Service Customer Engagement team and our In-House Collections team is key in ensuring that Debitask
realise the best result possible on behalf of our clients.
