Our team are fully appraised on the requirements of engaging with vulnerable customers and are mindful of their responsibilities in this regard.

In-House Collections consist of a series of letters, phone calls,
text messages and email.

Call Centre Collections

Operated from our headquarters in Bray, Co. Wicklow, our experienced call centre team are highly trained to develop dialogue with customers. This creates engagement and allows not only for the negotiation of suitable payment plans but also in ensuring that repayments are made consistently and on time. Our team are fully appraised on the requirements of engaging with vulnerable customers and are mindful of their responsibilities in this regard.
